Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the payment terms, cancellation fees, and refund process for all travel packages booked with Airhind Tours & Travels.
Payment Terms
- Initial Payment: Upon confirmation of any tour package request, a payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required immediately to secure all bookings.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the tour cost must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the departure date.
- Payment Notification: All payments must be reported to us with the corresponding transaction details for confirmation.
- Flexibility: Please note that payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking, especially during high season or as per specific hotel policies.
- Credit Policy: We do not offer any credit facilities. All payments must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made exclusively via email. The following cancellation charges will apply, calculated from the date of receiving the cancellation email:
- 45 or more days prior to departure: 10% of the tour cost.
- 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost.
- Less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost.
Refunds
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed based on the terms of our cancellation policy. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account) within a certain number of business days.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing timeline.
